1. Eligibility and documents

• The driver must be 21 or older and have at least one year of driving experience.
• You must show your original, valid driving licence and one government ID: Aadhaar or passport.
• Foreign visitors must show a passport and an International Driving Permit alongside their home licence.
• Only the driver named on the rental may drive the car, unless we have approved an additional driver in advance.
• We may refuse or cancel a rental if documents are missing, invalid or do not match the driver.

2. Quotes and booking

The calculator on this website gives an estimate based on the dates, car and locations you select. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm availability and your final quote with you, usually on WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website.

3. Rental period

Rentals are charged in 24-hour blocks from the pickup time, with a minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). If you keep the car longer than the agreed return time, each additional 24-hour block is charged at the daily rate. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to extend, and we will confirm whether the car is available.

4. Prices and what is included

• The daily rate for each car is shown on the website. Longer stays get a discount: 5% for 4 days or more and 10% for 7 days or more.
• Unlimited kilometres. No per-km charge.
• Free delivery and collection at Mopa (GOX) and Dabolim (GOI).
• Delivery or collection at city points, such as Calangute, Baga, Panjim and Madgaon, adds ₹300 per leg, and hotel or Airbnb delivery adds ₹500 per leg. Fees are shown in your quote before you confirm.
• Basic insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance are included. Items not listed in your quote are not included.
• Tolls, parking, fines and traffic challans incurred during the rental are your responsibility.

5. Fuel policy

Same-to-same. Return it at the level you got it. We record the fuel level on the handover sheet. If you return the car with less fuel, we may charge the cost of the missing fuel at the prevailing local price.

6. Security deposit

Refundable. Shown per car. Returned on handover after a quick inspection. The deposit for each car is shown before you book and ranges from ₹3,000 to ₹15,000depending on the vehicle. We may deduct the cost of new damage, missing items, unpaid fines or challans, or other amounts you owe under these terms, and we will tell you the reason and amount.

7. Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes or cancellations closer to pickup may incur a charge, which we will tell you before you confirm the change. If we have to cancel, for example because a car is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent car or a full refund of anything you have paid.

8. Using the car

You agree that you will:

• Follow all traffic laws, wear seat belts and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Not use the car for racing, towing, illegal activity, paid passenger transport or commercial hire.
• Not take the car outside Goa without our prior approval.
• Not sublet or lend the car to anyone who is not an approved driver.
• Keep the car locked when unattended and return it with all keys, documents and accessories.
• Drive the Thar and other open-top cars with care, and secure belongings when the roof is down or open.

9. Condition, damage and accidents

We check the car with you at handover and note any existing damage. You are responsible for loss or damage that occurs during the rental beyond what our insurance covers, including damage caused by breaking these terms. If there is an accident, theft or breakdown, contact us immediately, do not admit liability, and file a police report where the law requires it. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance through the phone and WhatsApp numbers on ourcontact page.

10. Our responsibility

We maintain our cars and hand them over clean and roadworthy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as missed flights or lost bookings, or for belongings left in the car. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Goa, unless the law gives you a different right.

13. Changes and contact
